Keystone Cleaning Bureau Terms of Service

1. Services: Keystone Cleaning Bureau ("KCB"), located at 37 S 3rd St, Quakertown, PA, 18951, agrees to provide commercial cleaning services as outlined in the Service Agreement or Proposal ("Agreement") to the Client. Services may include, but are not limited to, general cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and specialized cleaning tasks.

2. Payment Terms:

The Client agrees to pay KCB the fees specified in the Agreement.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in the Agreement.

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Either party may terminate the Agreement with 30 days' written notice.

If the Client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee may apply.

4. Liability:

KCB is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or improper use of facilities by the Client or its employees.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold KCB harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Client's negligence or breach of this Agreement.

5. Insurance:

KCB maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance.

Copies of insurance certificates can be provided upon request.

6. Confidentiality:

KCB will treat all Client information as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the Client's written consent, except as required by law.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

8. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

9. Modifications:

KCB reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or providing written notice to the Client.

10. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.



By engaging KCB's services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.
